Unitrex - Import Trades API

WFS has created an Import Trades API. The Unitrex client can use this API to feed trades directly into the Unitrex system via a standard comma delineated file which matches our specifications. Its an ideal method of importing a batch of trades from an external system; here is the Unitrex API screen:

The user enters the name of the file to be imported and defines a file to capture any ‘bad’ records. After the user runs the program, all accepted trades are created and stored in the Trade Mod Con screen for editing, confirming, and order routing. Trades that are not accepted are stored in a ‘bad trades’ queue for visual inspection & action:

Non-Accepted Trades:
Trades that are not accepted due to missing or invalid CUSIP or any other data error can be flagged for Reprocess after the CUSIP is added to Unitrex, or the trade can be Deleted from the ‘bad trades’ queue and keyed into Unitrex manually.
